1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the roko.com.mx website, as well as any service, product or application offered by BASILISCO | IT SOLUTIONS S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter "Basilisco"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Description of services

Roko is an enterprise AI product marketplace operated by Basilisco. The platform enables the purchase, subscription and use of software products from Basilisco itself and from authorized third-party publishers.

3. Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, code, trademarks and products) is the exclusive property of Basilisco or its licensors, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law.

Total or partial reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of this content without express written authorization from Basilisco is prohibited.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
• Use bots, scrapers or automation without express consent.
• Publish false, defamatory, offensive or illegal content.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site or its services.

5. Forms and information submission

Contact, registration and publisher forms capture information voluntarily provided by you. You declare that such information is truthful, current and yours, or that you have authorization to share it. The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

Basilisco will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, including data loss, lost profits or service interruptions, except in cases expressly provided by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For any controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
